Mocktail Mix-off

All work and no play make Jane a dull girl, so Jane (I’m Jane ) had a little games night with her bae and her favorite double date.

To spice things up we had a little Mocktail Mix-Off to see which couple could do the best non-alcoholic cocktail. The competition was stiff! Everyone came with their game faces on and drinks out for the win!

"RyVan" came up with the Lucid Kaleidoscope (drinks on the left in the photo) a drink that will leave you thinking "wait a my drink that?". It starts off as a vibrant blue, yellow and red drink garnished with a slice of kiwi then stir it up and it's a deep purple drink that is no match for a professional bartender's drink you can easily make at home!

Ingredients:

1 part Strawberry syrup, 1 part Orange juice, and 1 part Blue Gatorade, in that order, and a slice of Kiwi to garnish.

"VanDre" came with the Coco Marley (drinks on the right in the pho, a pleasant twist on my favorite drink, a Mojito. What's the twist? Coconut! How did Marley drop in? Well, the radiant green kiwi, the mellow yellow pineapple, and bae's idea of adding a red candy straw for a functional element of surprise and something sweet to munch on (bae has a sweet tooth). Put all the colors together and we represent the OG Rasta Marley.

Ingredients: 1 part coconut pineapple sparkling wine, 1 muddled kiwi, Pieces of pineapple to garnish, candy straws, and salt to rim cup.

We couldn't get lit on a Wednesday night because we're responsible working-class citizens (no that's not sarcasm you sensed) but add a little rum on a Friday night and trust me both drinks shot!
